IS NEW BETTER ??????

IS NEW BETTER?

I have only seen two fields with the hay bails
protected this way.  Both close together in
Hindsville, Arkansas.

If memory serves me correctly I saw some of them
being wrapped with the machine.  Anyway, I thought
that was neat, great protection.  Who needs a barn?

However, I noticed that there has been very
little movement of the hay bails.  That picture
I took of them was on June 14, 2013.  And the
last time I went by there - March 4, 2022 they
were still there.

The last couple of years when seeing them I
begin to wonder, that is one long sleeve with
the individual bails stuffed in it.  How on earth
does the hay bails down in the middle of the
sleeve get any air movement at all????

I am guessing now, but if there is no air
movement in there, every thing is
moldy.  Even the cows would get sick.

You have lived long enough to know that
many of "the old ways" truly were better.
If not better, at least simpler.   And even
spiritual things have been changed - but,
not for the good.  In fact much of the new
emphasis will plain and simple send a
person to the Devil's hell.

Is it any wonder that regarding the
people of Judah God said;

"This is what the LORD says:
'Stop at the crossroads and look
around.
Ask for the old, godly way, and
walk in it.
Travel its path, and you will find
rest for your souls.
But you reply, 'No, that's not
the road we want!"
(Jeremiah 6:16 NLT)
