A TRUE PORTA POTTY.
One day I found this out in my yard.
It happens that two of my grandsons are deputy
sheriffs in Washington County.
This grandson was over a work crew that cleans
up along the roadsides and this was part of the
equipment they use. You can't say that Washington
County don't take care of their prisoners.
