GETTING PERSPECTIVE

I know.  This is not the best picture in the world.

But the thing that I learn each time I am in a place

like this is that really I am insignificant.  Believe it

or not, the whole world does not revolve around me.

It humbles me.

The truth of the matter is that every one of us is

significant to God.  He cares about each one of us

and wants a relationship with each individual.  But

we can only come to Him when we are willing to

humble ourselves before him and let him be God

and not us.

IN THE MOUNTAINS

Found this in a house in the mountains of 

Southern California, Wrightwood to be 

exact.

Enough said.
